Charges in Shell protest dismissed

An activist from Dublin Shell to Sea celebrated his birthday at the trailer on Thursday 13th September. The occasion was made all the happier because he had been in court the day before charged with obstructing Shell lorries, and had been faced with the possibility of a prison sentence. However, the judge dismissed the case, so the protester was able to have cake and attend the protest on his birthday instead of waking up in a cell.
